Title: Pineaple Curry Sauce

1/4 | ts | Each cardamom, turmeric, |
Ground coriander and cumin | ||
1/8 | ts | Each ground cloves & nutmeg |
1 | tb | Brown sugar |
1/2 | ts | Paprika |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1 1/2 | ts | Fresh ginger, grated |
1/4 | c | Pineapple juice |
1/2 | c | Pineapple, finely diced |
Stir spices together in a small skillet over low heat for a minute or two. Add garlic, ginger, sugar, and pineapple juice and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add diced pineapple. Stir. Makes eight 2-Tablespoon servings
